Located in the west of Shenyang, Shenyang Hutai Boomtown is part of the
“Shenyang West Industrial Corridor” and only 20.4 km away from the South
Railway Station, the city center of Shenyang and therefore owns unique

Shenyang Hutai Boomtown will
cover an area 100 square kilometers and will be divided into a industrial

resources;
The Amenity-Living Boomtown
focuses on developing the Ecologic Corridor and the Ecologic Aqueous City
Residential Area;

focuses on constructing the German Trade Centre Shenyang, the Shenyang Hutai
International Industrial Park, the International Exhibition Center and the
US-China Science and Technology Innovation Center.
Steps of Realization
Recent planning
To 2011, the Shenyang Hutai Boomtown is planning to introduce 400
enterprises, achieve an annual output of 40 billion RMB, complete the
Northeast packaging printing City building, and to support a scale of
equipment manufacturing industrial bases. The Infrastructure is going to
achieve "eight -level" and a sound education, culture, health, transport,
commerce and service system. We plan to become the satellite city of
Shenyang with population of more than 140,000 in Five years.
Start area planning
Hutai Boomtown Start area is planning to introduce 200 enterprises until
2009, to achieve an annual output of 20 billion, of which the number of the
introduction of packaging printing enterprises is 100, to build the
northeast packaging printing City. A production and research integration
improves the function of the Northeast's largest packaging and printing
industry Base. Furthermore, the construction of infrastructure facilities
